You acknowledge and agree that once a Consumer Confidence Report is created through the CCReporter platform and made publicly available by or on behalf of you or your organization – whether through online publication, distribution, or other means – it is considered to have entered the public domain. As such, you acknowledge and agree that the information within the Consumer Confidence Report will no longer be subject to any confidentiality, privacy or non-use obligations whatsoever, you have no expectation of privacy to information contained therein and any information contained therein will be public. Also, once your Consumer Confidence Report is created, we are not responsible for how third parties may access, use, or disseminate your Consumer Confidence Report or publicly available information in your Consumer Confidence Report.
Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.
